Ironically, while we’re all busy trying to embrace the new, there’s a stubborn undercurrent of constancy that keeps pulling us back into familiar waters. It’s like trying to stand still in a river; even if you refuse to take a step, the current will keep rushing around you. So, what gives?

Think of history as a roller coaster: exhilarating drops and spectacular loops, but you still find yourself back in the same car with the same friends by the end of the ride.

Today’s Plot Twist
In my own effort to adapt but remain the same, I’ve changed two distinct attention getters with this book… Ruby, the Haunted. I changed the cover to pique you, the hunter’s, curiosity and I’ve lowered the price temporarily to excite the bargain hunter in you. I also made it available in Kindle Unlimited for all you wonderful routine page turners. And yes, I do ask something from you. (It’s a constant, right?) That is, just in time to sharpen their cloak-and-dagger skills, attempt to outsmart the political mob world, and be faced with Jenny’s old nemesis once again.‘
