What if my kid had a dogged determination to own his or her own mobile bakery wagon? And what if that same kid loved to experiment with sourdough?
And what if a Sourdough Bakeoff came to town that listed a mobile bakery wagon as a prize?
Would you encourage your child to pursue the opportunity to fulfill the desire? How could you say no?
With a love of sourdough, a sourdough kid (she was born in Alaska), and having owned a food wagon… this story was a pleasure to write.
