Deep in the throws of grief myself, I searched for books and direction to pick myself up and get on with my new life. To no avail. At least to no avail for me.

Not being a social butterfly and a very private introvert, I rattled around looking for a new purpose within the confines of work, books and internet content.

I don’t know how long I rattled and prattled before one morning it came to me. I need to write the book for people like me that process grief one bite at a time through productivity and diversion.
